Dry & Warmer thru Sunday / Spring Storm Possible Next Week

Summary

A Pacific trough digging south into US waters spread some flurries into the Rockies overnight with trace accumulations up to 5 cm reported Fri morning. A weak ridge with a westerly flow aloft will bring a dry and warmer springlike weekend. Another Alaskan trough ushers in cool and snowy skies on Monday that could bring significant snowfall into the middle of next week.
