Snow on Sunday and Monday

Summary

Sunday will start with dry weather, and then we'll see a chance for snow on Sunday afternoon and evening, and again from Monday midday through Monday night.

Short Term Forecast

Saturday

Saturday offered some fresh snow in the morning, and the weather during the day was dry, mostly cloudy, and warm with a high temperature in the 30s.

Sunday

Sunday will start with drier weather as we wait for the next storm to arrive, and the high temperature will be in the 20s.

On Sunday late afternoon through Sunday evening, snow showers will move across northern Colorado and we could see a few inches of snowfall from these showers. Temperatures will start warm with potential raindrops at the base, though any intense showers will bring snow down to town.

Monday

If we see a few inches of snow on Sunday evening, we could enjoy this new snow on Monday morning. Otherwise, we'll likely see dry weather on Monday morning, and then snow showers will develop from Monday midday through Monday evening and we could see another few inches of accumulation. The high temperature will be in the upper 20s.

Tuesday

Tuesday could start with some fresh snow that fell on Monday night, otherwise, Tuesday will be dry and mostly sunny with a high temperature in the 30s.

Wednesday & Thursday

Wednesday and Thursday will be dry, mostly sunny, and warm with a high temperature in the 40s. It'll be full-on spring riding conditions.

Friday

Friday will also be warm with a high temperature in the 40s, and we could see more clouds and gusty winds as the next storm approaches.

Longer Range

The next storms should bring snow during the weekend of Saturday, April 6 to Sunday, April 7, during the middle of the following week around Wednesday, April 10 to Thursday, April 11, and then perhaps again during the weekend of Saturday, April 13 to Sunday, April 14. In between these potential storms, temperatures will be warm with spring conditions.

My next update will be Monday morning.
